  I bought this kind of boots at Bata Galleria and it seems to me something was wrong with them After traveling to Garissa last week i noted they are splitting between the top where that thread passes joining the top and bottom as if little gum was put.My wife has a pair i bought for her in 2007 and it;s perfect.Could you have changed your suppliers cause clearly this quality is not the same and am in demand of a refund.Have written to your customer service but they have ignored my email.

  Bata kenya you do us proud i have worn shoes from Bata all my school life and since i left school i have always worn your sahara shoes they are comfortable especialy worn with jeans i like them more coz they are unisex
