  This shoe seriously dissapointed me yesterday when the heel cracked off, i only bought it end of December 2010 and it is completely usesless in march 2011. I bought this same type in june 2009 and it served me upto to December 2010 last year when i bought the pair in question. My question is, are standards going down at bata?
