The sales person is the first contact in our stores that the customers meet. Hence a lot of  care and attention is excercised while selecting the right sales persons:

Age:

should be mature persons below 30 years of age.

Education:

 Minimum ‘O’ level (Form 4) with grade C and above.

Others:

-Certificate or Diploma in Sales/Marketing.

-Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration.

-Other relevant post ‘O’ level training e.g. computers, accounting e.t.c.

-Sales person with higher levels of education  (undergraduates) shall be given a

  priority always.

Other Requirements:

-Good oral communication skills in both Kiswahili and English, an appealing voice and good welcoming smile always.

-A likeable, pleasant, appealing personality and posture.

-Youthful and appealing physical appearance.

-A clean, neat and well groomed and pleasing appearance.

-Cheerful and outgoing.

-Intelligent and self motivated

-Extrovert
