On the 13th of this February, Bata employees were treated to a 'Happy hour' session at the Bata Sports club. The 'Happy hour' was not in real sense an hour as it started at 7:00PM and went on for the whole night
There was a lot to eat and drink. Some chose to dance the night away , while others ,played indoor games like pool table and darts. Others just chatted away. It was a perfect environment for the employees to enjoy themselves and socialize away from the office environment.
Happy hour sessions in Bata are held from time to time.
