A farewell party was held on the evening of Tuesday September 28th for Mr.Christian Ginouves, the outgoing Tannery Manager. The Managing Director, Mr Rafiq and Human Resources manager Mr Giathi and various members of staff including all members of the Tannery department, attended the party.
Mr Ginouves who is going on retirement, has worked with Bata Kenya as Tannery manager since 10th May 1999. Coming in, his place, is Mr. Sheheemur Rahman.
Earlier in the day, members of the Purchasing Department too some time to join their manager Mr. Mokaya in celebrating his Birthday.
