In his speech Mr. Rafique echoed Steuart Henderson's words to describe doing business in this day and age without social media : Doing business without socail media, he said, is like winking at a girl in the dark. You know what you are doing but nobody else does. He said it is important for an organisation to be present in the main socail media channels because "that is where young people on the internet are spending most of their time and these, are your customers and future customers."
