The finance heads of Bata shoe Companies in Bata emerging markets (BEM) visited the Bata Limuru plant on 23rd June 2011. They were taken on a guided tour by production manager Mr. Michael Rutto together with the heads of various factories.

The finance heads were in Kenya to attend a one week finance meeting which was held at the Hilton hotel, Nairobi. The meeting which was co-ordinated by the BEM Group CFO Mr. Mike Middleton was attended by over 30 participants, from Bata emerging markets and the Bata Head office in Switzerland.
Bata emerging markets consists of Bata companies in Africa and Asia.
