The Eid-Ul-Fitr weekend started on a high as Bata employees had a party commonly known as 'Happy Hour' in the Bata sports club. 'Happy hour' sessions are held quartely and are meant to make the employees relax and mingle, away form the work environment.
Drinks flowed and there was lots of nyama choma(roast meat) as some party attendants played indoor games like table tennis,darts and pool while others just danced away the Friday evening. Long live Happy hour!
It had been a week of celebration...
On Thursday September 17th a mini Birthday Party had been organized for Mrs.Agnes Murila,the Merchandising manager. The MD, Mr Nasir Rafique and the whole of the merchandising team attended.
Earlier in the week on Monday morning,the MD and the members of the sales department had joined the retail manager Mr.Alex Ndirangu in celebrating his Birthday.
We wish Mrs Murila and Mr Ndirangu a Happy Birthday and a blessed year ahead.
