Two different groups of Bata employees each benefited from two day courses that were recently undertaken at the Bata Training Center in Limuru.
Leadership Development Skills
In an effort to instill the employees with knowledge on leadership, the company held a two days program training on leadership development skills that run on 11th and 12th February 2011. The training was aimed at giving participants an in-depth understanding of the best leadership practices that would hearten solidarity and efficiency thus improving performance of the organization as a whole.

In Session : The course was facilitated by Robert Foulser & Associates Training Consultants.
Supervisory Skills Development
A two days training Program – Supervisory Skills Development was conducted on 18th and 19th March 2011. 27 participants were involved in the program which was aimed at equipping them with skills that would help them supervise themselves and their subordinates effectively and efficiently for improved productivity.
The trainees in both cases agreed that through the courses, they had learnt new tips that would be instrumental in their day to day work.
