Communication is an important aspect in every organization. Effective communication is required not only for good human relations among employees, but also for good and successful business.
Recently Bata launched an intranet portal to be used for sharing information among Bata employees all over the world. With sections of every department therein, the portal is loaded with useful information that employees can use in their day to day activities. In addition, It is a source of information about the company's history, beliefs, practises and culture.
The portal has been particularly welcomed by new employees who see it as a source of valuable information about the company, useful in their specific areas of work.
