A two days training programme – Store Operations Management Course for shop Managers was conducted on 15th and 16th February 2010 at the Bata training Centre.
25 store managers from various regions were involved in the programme. The course was aimed at increasing the store managers’ knowledge in the product, visual merchandising, customer service, stock control, performance control and people management and it was facilitated by the merchandising, Retail and Human resources departments.
