This past weekend, Nairobi Bata shoe managers together with the District sales managers(DSMs) had a really fun filled weekend.
On Sunday, 20th November, shop managers from Nairobi B and C regions converged at Olootepes picnic site, Rift valley, for a whole day, team-building event. There were lots of activities inluding tug of war, ball games, skipping rope and later, they settled down for a feast of nyama choma (roast meat).
The previous day, managers from Nairobi A region had also held their team building event at the same site.
The two events were a great deal of fun and a good bonding session for the shop managers and the District sales managers to whom they report. More of these events have been scheduled for the next few weeks, as the year comes to an end.
